Real slow recovery ride in small chainring rolling every Monday at 5:45pm from the big four bridge for a one hour ride using part of the Whaley Route.
Keep your heart rate low, develop your spin and flush the legs from the weekend rides that do so much damage.
Speed range between 10-14MPH. You should end up with an average if 12
